The All Seeing Hand - Sand To Glass Tour

all seeing hand.jpg

The All Seeing Hand are here to introduce audiences to material from their incredible new album 'Sand To Glass', their biggest sounding recording yet, a sonic journey of highs and lows bound to leave listeners in a state of ecstasis and wonder.

A precision engineered audio sculpture, ‘Sand to Glass’ was recorded at Scumbag College and Arawhata, two places of little commercial interest but huge creative value, the band had time to inhabit the music and sculpt each song into the unique entities they needed to be.

The album comes packaged in a beautiful gatefold cover created by Daily Secretion; an artist of precision and a subtlety of mood that requires long moments of contemplation and marvel and will be available for purchase at all Australian shows! This is The All Seeing Hand's fourth studio offering and is the second to have the soundwaves committed to vinyl.

The hand are known for their immersive ritual performances with the combined force of sound, light, chaos and order. These elements combine into a band of dissonant, dense beauty and intense live shows that leave observers with an ecstatic mixture of wonder and confusion.

The musical world of The All Seeing Hand touches many soundscapes while being complete in its own language. It is a “menacing clash of electronics, smashing drums and throat-singing, a sound akin to Tibetan monks on speed.”
